Bubble House Plan

House Plan Summary

The house plan I have chosen to do is 1810 square Ft. This fits perfectly within the requirements that we were given for this assignment. The first floor of my house has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. All of the bedrooms are attached by a single hallway, making all the bedrooms easy to access. In all of the bedrooms there are huge closets, making a lot of storage for the family. When you walk into the house you are able to see the dining room, kitchen and living room all as one. The whole front of the house is following an open concept. This makes the house appear bigger, and everyone can see everything in the house. Behind the kitchen is a dining room and then off of the dining room is the laundry room. The laundry room is then attached to the garage at the back of the house. This makes it more convenient for the family because the utility room can also be used for shoe storage etc. The living room is a nice place for the family to spend time together with a tv and the computer all in the same room.

Engineering Drawing with AUTOCAD

Engineers: People who use technical means to solve problems. They design products , systems, devices, and structures to improve our living conditions.

Technical Drawing: Used to design and communicate. A clear a precise language. A graphical representation of objects and structures is done using freehand, mechanical, or computer methods.

Design Process:
  • Problem Indentification
  • Preliminary Ideas
  • Design Refinement
  • Analysis
  • Optimization
  • Documentation

Implementation:

  • Servicing
  • Financing
  • Marketing
  • Producing
  • Planning
  • Documenting
